Amy leads governance, legal, compliance, corporate transactions, and corporate policy at Insightec. Amy brings a wealth of experience as an executive leader and corporate attorney with broad-based transactional, litigation and management experience. Amy has worked at Holland & Knight LLP, Sheridan Healthcare, Advanced Recovery Systems, Alteon Health, US Acute Care Solutions as well as clerking for the 11th Circuit, US Court of Appeals. Amy lives in Miami and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and her Law Degree from the University of Miami.
