The essential-tremor.com website provides information on the movement disorder, essential tremor treatment options, how the Focused Ultrasound treatment works, as well as stories from patients who have undergone the Focused Ultrasound MR-guided focused ultrasound treatment for tremor relief.

MR-guided focused ultrasound is a new non-invasive ET treatment option for medication-refractory essential tremor that is performed with Insightec’s Exablate Neuro system.

On the website, people can check their initial suitability for the Focused Ultrasound treatment, although for diagnosis, a neurologist specializing in movement disorders should be consulted.
