Engineering Team Leader
What you will be doing:
- Lead, drive, and monitor Eng change controls, ECR and ECO preparation and approvals.
- Lead the following processes:
- Transferring know-how from R&D engineers into manufacturing procedures and keeping documentation updated with system design changes.
- Transferring know-how from R&D engineers into Service procedures and keeping documentation updated with system design changes.
- Lead and monitor the following activities:
- Support suppliers with documentation and design issues.
- Address supply chain and supplier issues such as second source, Obsolescence, replacement components, etc.
- Lead Design and Implementation of electronic sub-system Test Bench, Mechanical Jigs, and testing procedures.
- Enhance products and processes - reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability.
- Lead and follow failures investigation – Sites Complaints, production malfunctions.
- Promote System diagnostics and reliability improvements.
- Working according to Insightec Quality Policy, relevant Quality Procedures & Standards, and privacy & safety rules.
- Partial hands-on work (e.g. - change controls, documentation, validations, investigations).
What you have:
- Electrical engineer
- Experience of at least 5 years in leading Engineering/NPI teams
- Fluent English Technical writing skills
- Experience in leading engineering projects / NPI processes.
