Business Performance Analyst

What you will be doing: 

  • Liaison between Marketing and Outreach (Education) and will lead the development and implementation of Insightec’s marketing operational processes, marketing technology, digital strategy, along with Outreach/Educational processes, technology/platforms, and strategy.
  • Lead efforts of process improvement, operational efficiency, and success of the Market Outreach (Education) program and will serve as the liaison between marketing and outreach to bridge the gap between DTC and lead pull through.
  • Effectively communicating and serving as an advocate for optimal performance to ensure key success factors.
  • Work with Insightec marketing team to create a strong digital strategy that is tailored to the company’s goals and objectives and will work closely with other key members of the organization to implement their strategy.
  • Develop strong, adaptive, and flexible processes and strategies that aid in the increase of utilization and align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for the internal business processes and the digitalization of the company and will work with managers and directors to develop tools and software that will help them increase their productivity.
  • Work with ad/buying agency on lead quality and pull-through analysis
  • Serve as liaison between marketing and education team to ensure lead needs are satisfied and sustained
  • Provide data analytics/analysis on campaign success, channel strategy, and audience evaluation
  • Work with Insightec leadership to apply execution strategy to executive goals for the Education team
  • Consult with education managers and leaders on Health Educator execution strategies, process improvement, process documentation, and change management
  • Call Flow Implementation

  • Utilize ADKAR model to create awareness, achieve buy-in and understanding
  • Create project plan to include training and comms to facilitate
  • Establish regular reviews
  • Establish overall owner of Core Processes
  • Project Plan to include training plan to ensure proper change management
  • Assemble and distribute reports at individual and group levels that provide feedback on key metrics and stimulate performance improvement
  • Charting, reporting, and interpreting performance metrics at the individual and group levels
  • Develop and improve work step flow charts and script content in a compliant and effective pattern with management support
  • Significant interaction with the VP and Sr. Managers, plus meaningful interactions with other business leaders and staff will be routine
  • Business travel (Domestic & International) may be required (less than 20%)

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field of study with at least 2 years of experience or bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience
  • Salesforce automation advanced skills
  • Superior communication and influencing skills
  • Innovative instincts and imagination for implementing performance improvement methods
