Director, Corporate & Commercial FP&A
What you will be doing:
- Serve as right-hand finance business partner to CEO and CFO.
- Manage and analyze company financials, including forecasts and actuals; scenario planning at the level of a public company.
- Develop efficient planning processes; leading and gathering inputs from FP&A peers supporting global operations.
- Lead cross-functional projects in support of strategic initiatives. Play critical role to support a potential IPO.
- Analyze business performance to generate insights that support growth and goal achievement.
- Build long-term financial models for strategic planning.
- Produce board of director and shareholder presentations.
- Provide insights and analysis for decision support for corporate and commercial business partners.
- Forecast and budget expenses for partnered functions.
- Support investor communications and activities consistent with the rigors of a public company.
- Make recommendations that accelerate growth.
- Manage a small team responsible for supporting the C-suite.
Qualifications:
- BA Finance or Economics; MBA or CFA Charterholder a plus.
- 10+ years in analytical role (corporate, investment or consulting)
- Curious in approach and creative in solutioning.
- Advanced Excel skills, particularly around financial modeling.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to simplify the complex.
- Leadership and managerial skills; lead a high-performing team.
- Ability to merge qualitative & quantitative information.
- Capable of independently navigating a dynamic environment.
- Willing to roll-up sleeves and deliver results.
- Experience in healthcare is not essential, but an advantage.
- Experience working in a public company is a plus.
- Requires periodic travel, including internationally.
