IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the day-to-day global IT service desk operations, from hardware setups to account troubleshooting and provide client-side support
  • Handle new employees on-boarding IT activities
  • Setting up new users and management of security, passwords and backup
  • Troubleshoot networking issues and configure networking infrastructure and services (such as video conferencing)
  • Support IT system & infrastructure tasks and projects
  • Provide excellent service as the focal technical operations point for shore office employees

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in the helpdesk field 
  • Deep Knowledge in Microsoft systems – Windows 7, 10, Office 2016/2019 and Office 365 (including TEAMS & TEAMS Room)
  • Knowledge with Active Directory and GPO
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
  • Knowledge in client networking (such as TCP-IP, DNS – client side)
  • Knowledge of how VPN connections work
  • Excellent English
