Salesforce Project Leader


  • Lead and implement Salesforce global delivery projects. Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion and timeliness of Salesforce projects
  • Lead, define and prioritize business functional requirements 
  • Salesforce global system administration including reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
  • Salesforce integrations, interfaces & data loading administration
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and implementation of new development requests
  • Grow the skill set & adaptation across the organization 
  • Handle communication between company users and vendors
  • Work independently with users to define and document development requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • BSc. Information Systems/Industrial Engineering
  • 3+ years’ experience as hands-on administrator/Implementation Engineer in a global company
  • certified Admin
  • Strong understanding of the Service Cloud platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, triggers, visualforce and other content of intermediate complexity
  • ETL processes experience
  • Strong understanding of best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  • Service oriented
