Digital Applications Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for design, implementation, management, and support of new or existing digital tools
- Lead information-systems projects including resources management and timelines
- Work closely with business owners. Learn and document the business processes of different departments. Gather business requirements and identify applicable solutions, translate the requirements into the design documents
- Lead the implementation of the identified solutions, provide support and training to users
- Explore new technologies and prepare solutions benchmark
- Coordinate and manage the work of consultants and integrators
- Support global business teams in the US, Europe, East, and Israel
Skills and Experience:
- BSc. At Information Systems (or Industrial Engineering, IS specialize)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as information-systems analyst
- Good understanding of global-company business-processes
- Service oriented
- Excellent English
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- A demonstrated ability to explore and learn new technologies
- Excellent project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
- High self-learning capabilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- SharePoint experience –advantage
- BI experience – advantage
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Priority-ERP – advantage
