Learning and Content Developer
What you will be doing:
- Content development
- Collaborate with the clinical development team to generate training materials for new products and system upgrades
- Implement regulatory and quality requirements on the training programs and materials
- Implement usability requirements and risk management data into the training programs
- Use post-marketing surveillance data to update the training and generate new materials for sites and within the company
- Generate clinical education programs to different departments in the company on a variety of products
- Learning methodologies development
- Update the training materials using state of the art capabilities and identify ways for improved messaging
- Collaborate with the I&D team to implement an appropriate learning management system for the company's needs
- Develop mechanisms for fast training updates and messages to the field
What you have:
- Experience in building training programs and content in medical device
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques (on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- Experience in building training programs and content in medical device
- Ability to transfer complex messages into materials
- Capable to travel internationally
- High level of English, speaking and writing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, creative, ability to work alone and in a team
