IT Support Specialist
What you will be doing:
- Handle the day-to-day global IT service desk operations, from hardware setups to account troubleshooting and provide client-side support
- Handle new employees on-boarding IT activities
- Setting up new users and management of security, passwords and backup
- Troubleshoot networking issues and configure networking infrastructure and services (such as video conferencing)
- Support IT system & infrastructure tasks and projects
- Provide excellent service as the focal technical operations point for shore office employees
What you have:
- 5+ years of experience in the helpdesk field
- Deep Knowledge in Microsoft systems – Windows 7, 10, Office 2016/2019 and Office 365 (including TEAMS & TEAMS Room)
- Knowledge with Active Directory and GPO
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Knowledge in client networking (such as TCP-IP, DNS – client side)
- Knowledge of how VPN connections work
- Excellent English
