Lead and implement Salesforce global delivery projects. Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion and timeliness of Salesforce projects
Lead, define and prioritize business functional requirements
Salesforce global system administration including reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
Salesforce integrations, interfaces & data loading administration
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and implementation of new development requests
Grow the Salesforce.com skill set & adaptation across the organization
Handle communication between company users and vendors
Work independently with users to define and document development requirements
What you have:
BSc. Information Systems/Industrial Engineering
3+ years’ experience as Salesforce.com hands-on administrator/Implementation Engineer in a global company
Saleforce.com certified Admin
Strong understanding of the Service Cloud platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, triggers, visualforce and other content of intermediate complexity
ETL processes experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
