Marketing Manager, AGM

About The Position

What you will be doing:

INSIGHTEC AGM ’s Marketing Manager will be responsible for all outbound marketing activities, including conducting innovative marketing programs and developing content and collateral materials that drive demand in Asia Pacific countries . In addition, he/she will oversee the downstream marketing activities , such as managing consultants, lobbying, working with KOLs, societies, patient groups, politicians and distributors. The marketing manager will represent the voice of the customer for corporate marketing.

Market Development Strategy

  • Market intelligence – be the expert on our buyers, competitors and the complex market dynamics we operate in
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and unmet needs
  • Identify market opportunities and defining target segments (eg : hospitals, clinics, specialized healthcare providers)
  • Support pipeline acceleration activities to drive program growth and market adoption
  • Work with physicians ‘societies, patient groups and propose strategy to leverage advocacy help

 

Product Management & Value Proposition

  • New product launch – plan and execute the launch of new applications and releases
  • Define unique selling points - value propositions based on clinical benefits and economic impact.
  • Working with Director of APAC-AGM on developing value perception to establish pricing strategies based on market demand, competitive landscape, favorable ROI for hospital and reimbursement policies

 

Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team/distributors and developing the marketing collateral and sales tools catered to local practice that support the selling process of our applications
  • Plan and execute the company’s events and tradeshows. Propose innovative tradeshow activities that will attract attendees’ traffic to win more mindshare for our brand & products
  • Work closely with KOL users to develop strategy, secure societies support, and working with Director of APAC-AGM and market access to secure favorable reimbursement
  • Support the reimbursement submission process, working with specialized consultants as needed

 

Customer Engagement & Brand Building

  • Run ongoing integrated marketing programs and campaigns to increase awareness of the focused ultrasound procedure and generate demand
  • Utilize digital and traditional media to create patient awareness and public support
  • Monitor reimbursement policy and healthcare trends that may impact our products and services
  • Managing brand perception and ensuring consistent messaging across different channels and customize to each AGM region

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Supporting Distributors

  • Closely coordinate activities aligned with INSIGHTEC APAC-AGM and INSIGHTEC HQ (Corporate Marketing)
  • Responsible to manage/oversight of marketing vendors/agencies in APAC-AGM region
  • Manage PRP processing and payments made in a timely manner
  • Manage marketing budgets, track & report ROI on marketing campaigns
  • Management and collaboration of local market development activities with distributor marketing teams

 

Requirements

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
  •  Ability to communicate in English (orally and in writing) with INSIGHTEC teams located outside Asia Pacific 
  • Ability to speak any additional languages of APAC-AGM is an added advantage
  • At least 5 years of proven marketing experience
  • Proven experience in project management and working with consultants and suppliers
  • Experience managing projects from inception to completion, achieving landmarks through strong ownership of projects and collaboration with internal team and distributors
  • Creative, motivated, success driven personality
  • Executive presence, ability to work with Academic and business KOL
  • Experience in medical device, biomed or healthcare industries
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns including digital marketing
  • Deep understanding of the Asia Pacific healthcare industry
  • Excellent human relations, experience as a team player
  • Marketing oriented, creative thinker
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
